It’s not all good news though. Some of the assets on the list were left behind when we were in the process of transferring assets to our new service. It turns out that we may have accidentally committed an internal document violation that allowed our IT department to delete a lot of assets we’ve been working on. It’s not too late to get your assets back, though.
When we first started the company we made a lot of promises to our customers, but many of them either fell short or just never came through. We’re also going to be putting a lot of work into training our employees to support you back, and we need your help to make that happen. We’ll be trying to come up with a new system to support your assets, but it might take a few weeks to get it right.
