This year we finally got to check out the great gulfcoast arts festival. This years theme was “Art in the Garden,” so we went to the great gulfcoast garden festival and saw beautiful gardens, gardens, gardens, and more gardens. So, the garden festival was a definite must.
So, the garden festival was a pleasant surprise! We saw some people playing basketball, and at one point we got to see a man and a woman playing a game of checkers, only it wasn’t checkers but something else I can’t remember the name of. We also saw art on the walls, and also saw some more garden sculptures, some things that definitely weren’t in the garden festival.
Of course, it was also nice to see some really nice looking art on the walls. This is something that always makes me glad to see art on the walls at a garden festival. This year was no exception.
The gulfcoast arts festival is a yearly event held in Mobile, Alabama, and it is the 4th edition of the event. It is a free weekend event held in the springtime, and the last one was held on March 30th.
What is so great about this event is that it is almost entirely free. You do not need to have a paid membership or any sort of membership fee to attend. It is also a non-profit event, so all you need to do is find a good spot to visit. There is a lot of art to be seen.
There are three stages to the festival, in the center of the event, in the middle, and on the side. There is also a large garden area for people to relax for the duration of the festival. The event is only a few days, and it starts on the last Friday in March, so you can get a taste for what the festival is all about if you wait for the last Friday.
If you want to see art being created in the area where you are, I highly recommend checking it out. The first and third stages are the best of the three, but they don’t last long, so look at the gallery and buy a print or a book if you can. The garden is probably the most worthwhile and the best part of the event. There are probably a few artists you’ll never see, but some of the works there will really get your attention.
The art festival is really about art in the area, not the artists. There are two stages, the first is an array of galleries, studios and artists doing work. The second is the garden that is a lot cooler. There is a lot of art happening there and it is really enjoyable. The best part is that the artists that show are all local.
If you are going to take a break from the arts festival for a bit, there are a few events that you can take part in. There is a gallery called the Good Art Gallery that shows the work of some very talented local artists. It is also a great place to meet artists and artists you have never seen before.
I didn’t go to the garden event because I was on vacation, but the arts festival was a lot of fun. I went to the art gallery a couple times and met a lot of cool people. The only problem is that the art gallery is only open on Tuesdays from noon – 2 p.m. and it’s only $3.50 for 1 hour.
