According to the study, the more self-aware you are the more you are likely to take more deliberate action to improve your self-awareness. It might be that we are able to improve our self-awareness because we are able to recognize our behaviors and take more deliberate action to improve our self-awareness. Maybe this is why you find yourself in a time loop, in a constant state of self-awareness, always trying to improve your self-awareness.
