The Painted Rocks is a large festival that takes place in Washington, DC and in New York City as well.
Artist and musician Bartow Bloomin is an independent artist and musician based in New York. He creates music based on his love of black metal, pop punk, and folk music. When he first started doing these songs, he was a high school kid and he would listen to music on the radio and then write the lyrics to the songs. Now he’s an adult, and he has a lot more knowledge of music and doesn’t listen to the radio as much.
The festival is for two days where you can see a lot of music, art, performances, and also meet some really cool people. You can even get your own mini-vacation where you can just have your own place to hang out for a couple of days and take some breaks from the real world. If you ever go, I would definitely recommend it.
The first day is on July 1st, the second on July 2nd, the third on July 4th, the fourth on July 5th, and the fifth on July 6th. All of those days will be free, and as a member of his crew, you can get special goodies.
