With all of that said, it’s no secret that we live in an ever-expanding world of martial arts. Although these disciplines are the most popular, there are many, many other ways to fight. Our own research showed that nearly 70% of people who have ever fought said they used their hands, feet, and fists (not counting the body part that would normally be involved only in a blow exchange) when fighting. This is probably more common than you think.
