Since we’re talking about clip art, I’ve been thinking a lot about the subject of clip art. The reason I do this is because I’m always approached by people who are trying to sell me clip art. It’s a lot of work and I’m tired of doing it myself. It’s not the same as designing your own clip art. So, I decided to start my own affiliate program specifically for clip art.

Its a similar job. You will need to create a custom logo (which is the easy part) and then create a number of custom images to promote a product. Its a lot of work and Im tired of doing it myself.
I see clip art as the same as anything else, but a bit more difficult. It is a graphic art, so it can have lots of different styles that are extremely difficult to replicate. To be perfectly honest, I’ve never really understood what makes a good clip art. It is a style, and you can mix and match styles and use different colors, fonts, and shapes in it.
It might be too difficult to explain why that is. Its because clip art is the one thing that has absolutely no recognizable style. It is the ultimate “I do own this” product for a reason. Ive seen a lot of cool clip art and Ive always thought it was cool, but when I go and look at some of the better clip art and see how it has all the classic elements, such as logos and typography, I just cannot get into it.

With clip art, you can easily tell if an artist is trying to hide something. All of the more classic clip art styles of the past are still very recognizable and still have a recognizable style. Clip art can be very difficult to recognize, because the style is so similar across so many artists.
