When I began watching martial arts movies during the early 2000s, I was more of a fan of the movies. I couldn’t stand it when someone started talking about how good martial arts is or what I should have been doing for the rest of my life when I was a kid. I thought, “what about me?” For a while, I thought my life would be different. I thought I would be a better person. I thought everything would work out.
That was all wrong.
I couldnt stand how much of a hypocrite martial arts was with its insistence that good guys do bad things and that bad guys do good things. And how much of this was so that the bad guys werent allowed to kill the good guys. And for the bad guys to win, the good guys had to die. And I didnt like it. I didnt like it at all.
It’s nice (and terrifying) to see a kid, who is so clearly one of the bad guys, get a good guy back. And it’s nice to see that it actually works in real life. It’s also scary to see a kid who was so clearly a good guy, who was so clearly a good kid, get killed by a kid who was clearly one of the bad guys.
This is one of those films that I’m sure is going to make some people feel bad. Not because they’re bad, but because they’re too young to remember. I dont, myself, mind the violence in this film, but I can definitely understand the feeling of fear I felt watching it.
Its not just a question of “is he the bad guy?” As you might expect, the whole thing is about who is the bad guy. But what really makes this film interesting is that the bad guys we see are actually the good guys. So we have someone like Jack, who is the bad guy, who is the same guy we see in the end credits, but he’s also the guy who comes back to save the day.
I was also surprised by the violence in this film, but it actually has a lot in common with the violence you’d see during a fight scene in some martial arts movies, as well as a little bit of kung fu in the form of some cool kicks. There are a couple of scenes in this film that are really good, with the fight scenes being the centerpiece and the more gruesome moments being the sidekick.
This is a good example of martial arts movies being made for people who are young and want to engage in a little real-life fighting, but don’t want to have to do it in person. The fights are well done, the fights are exciting, and the deaths are well deserved, not to mention that it’s something that you can easily watch over and over again.
I believe that the scene at the very beginning of the film where Keevy fights his way through a crowd of people is one of the most memorable moments in this film. If you’ve never done a martial arts class, or know the basics, then i recommend you at least watch this film to see what you’re in for.
Even though this is a video game, it’s also a film. So you can’t expect me to teach you how to fight, you probably want to find out for yourself. Besides, when you have a video game and a film with lots of martial arts in them, it’s a good thing.
