This is what I’ve been telling my clients for a long time: the first rule of having a business is to have a business. I’ve seen a lot of people get so wrapped up in their business that they stop thinking about what’s going on in the world around them.

If you want to hire someone, then you should make sure you hire someone who can deliver a good quality product every time. That is something that almost everyone gets wrong. I can tell you from personal experience that I have been in a lot of situations where I felt like I did not have a good reputation with my clients.
