I am in the process of building my new business and I am trying to decide on an office location. It is a little complicated. I am torn between two local office parks and they are both expensive. I want to stay in the area but I also want to be able to walk to the office within walking distance of my home. I am torn on the locations because I am not sure what the business is all about.
There is a parkway across the street from the office that is already owned and paid for and is just waiting to be turned into a hotel/motel. The property is currently being advertised for $90 million. In my opinion, the property is just sitting there waiting for someone to buy it.

So if you want to buy real estate in that area it is very difficult to do so because Sustain owns the land. Sustain also owns the local golf course where Sustain wants to build a hotel. So if this area is going to be transformed into a hotel, it will cost a lot of money. I think there is a better option.
