There are three levels of self-awareness: Awareness, which is the awareness of a situation or a person; Self-awareness, which is the awareness of yourself; and Awareness-Self-awareness, which is the awareness of your awareness.
The three most popular self-awareness exercises are the ones I’ve talked about here. That’s just my opinion.
The other popular self-awareness exercises are the ones I mentioned earlier. They are usually used in conjunction with one of the three self-awareness exercises.

The visualization exercise will train the conscious mind to create an image of the moment you are in. The image will be in the form of a picture that you will be able to look at and remember what is happening in the moment you are in. The picture can be a still shot or a video clip. The second exercise will train the conscious mind to create an image of your body as it is in the moment you are in.
The third exercise is a visualization exercise that trains the conscious mind to remember the words you are speaking in a situation. You can choose to create a picture of yourself as you are in the moment, or you can just speak the word “what” in the moment. The conscious mind has to be able to mentally picture the word based on the situation you are in.
To practice these three exercises, you don’t have to be on a team to participate in the exercise. You can just watch a video clip or still from a martial arts movie. This is the first time I’ve done all three exercises, so I’m really looking forward to it.
One final thing I’d like to mention is that the best part about martial arts movies is that they dont take too long to watch. So if you have your own 3D movie playing in your mind, and you have the time, you can practice these exercises in your own time.
If you’re like me and have been trying to master different types of martial arts, this exercise is a great way to practice some of the basics of karate. It requires you to take off your belt and put it on a piece of paper. Then, you have to write down each movement on the paper for the exercise and take it back to your partner and have them do the same thing. I just did one of these exercises today, and it was so much fun.
This exercise is the only one that a lot of people do when they do not know a lot about martial arts. It is a great way to keep yourself interested by showing you are doing something that is actually fun.
